NORWEGIAN CONSTITUTION DAY - JOIN OUR PARADE ON MAY 17TH!!

Norway's most important national holiday, "Syttende Mai" (set-na-my - May 17th), will be celebrated right here in Portland with traditional pomp and circumstance at the city's historic Norse Hall.

Join Sons of Norway Grieg Lodge and the Norwegian community for authentic festivities including a flag parade with marchers in traditional costumes, a marching band, float, even Norwegian Fjord horses decked out for the occasion! Also enjoy a variety of Scandinavian foods, music, a folkdance performance by Grieg Lodge Leikarringen dance troupe; and games, activities and Nordic storytelling for kids. Plus, enter to win a roundtrip for two to Scandinavia courtesy of SAS (Scandinavian Airlines).
